A medical website plays a critical role. It's in most cases the first impression you get to make on your patient. A lot happens in a first impression--your entire image and credibility as a practioner is on the line. It's critical that your website strike that right balance between providing the 'warm and fuzzy' and the 'we take your care seriously and professionally' feelings. The website needs to look like it's all about the patient, when in realtiy, a website is a hard-core marketing tool. You don't have the luxury of being an online retailer that can run guady promotions with blinking banner ads showing today's hot selling products. But you also can't ignore the marketing potential that your website avails you. There are a lot of doctors who have always taken the high road and thought they didn't need to market, or that if they did, they certainly didn't have to promote or incentivise patients. Well, that's simply not the case anymore. Just being a doctor isn't enough any more. The good news is that you can market and promote and grow your business and still be on the high road.

We start by identifying your goals and objectives from a business point of view, but we also try to get a feel for your personality and how you interact with patients so that we can convey that presense in the design. Then we set out to create the functionality (ie, interactive or dynamic components of your site) that actually generate new patients and retain old ones. We have a lot of experience with the types of functional components that really generate results. Things like mailling lists, newsletters, random testimonials, picture galleries, audio players, videos, call back systems, etc. are all typical tools at our disposal. And if you have something unique to your practice, we can buld a function around that as well. There has yet to be an existing legacy system with which we couldn't interface.

All of our functional systems, regardless of how simple or complex are all controlled by an easy-to-use web-based admin tool. So you don't need to be a web designer yourself to manage your website. You or any of your staff (or even a 10 year old) could figure things out. It's really quite simple. We also provide you with robust traffic analysis software so that you can actually see the results that we are promising. Everyone talks about how internet 'stuff' is so intangible, but we assure you it isn't. The results we can generate with a properly designed website are very, very real.
