Easy to Use Admin Area

All of our web applications feature a familiar Windows XP style web-based administrative area so that anyone (including non-technical people) can manage all aspects of their website. Below is a screenshot of the interface:

Web Back office Applications for your Practice (This includes intranets and extranets)

Web applications are powerful, database-driven pieces of software that can do really just about anything that you can think up. There aren't many limits to our abilities in this realm, so the question is IF we can do something. As we like to say, "for enough time and money, we can do just about anything." ;-) But more aptly, these conversations should focus more around what can be done given a range of expectations and requirements within the confines of a relative budget.

Web applications can include simple functional systems such as a newsletter or calendar system to a complete employee intranet or patient extranet. Where you really realize the maximum potential is when you combine these sorts of systems so that they all pull from a central data repository. For example, imagine a system by which all scheduling and resource allocation was done via the same system that tracked patient records, histories, inventory, accounting, etc. There would never be double data entry. Once any information was put into the system, it would always be there to be accessed (in whole or in part) but other people using other aspects of the system. Of course, security and permission is crucial when dealing with patient and other sensitive information, so we can make everything HIPAA compliant. The entire system would be managed and operated from anywhere on the web, so any computer, smart phone, or other web-enabled device could interact with the system at any time. No more running down to the office to look up a prescription in the middle of the night--it would all be available to the appropriate people from any computer. There would be no software to install or maintain. No issues with incompatible systems. We realize that putting your entire practice online is worrisome, which is why we can provide both local and remote backup services so that even if your server gets vaporized for some reason, your data lives on somewhere else in the country.

Of course, this is a fairly extreme example of a complete web-enabled system. But really, most practices find that they can benefit best by some subset of such a system, or by choosing a variety of modules that handle the tasks that they're comfortable putting online.

Whatever your needs with regard to scheduling, workflow, inventory, personnel, ordering, accounting or just about anything else, we can custom-build an application to suit your specific needs. The best thing is that because we've done so many, we have a huge library of our own that we can pull from so we needn't reinvent the wheel each time we build a custom web application. This affords us the ability to provide you systems that are not only more tried and tested, but also cost a tiny fraction of what they would cost if we had to build everything from total scratch!
